Having complete control of your domains is something rather important and to be able to access and edit the DNS records for any of them is one of the things you should look for when you search for a registration or a hosting provider. Maybe you have heard of the so-called “name servers” that show where a domain is hosted, but below them you will find a whole group of records, like the A record, which is the IP address of the server hosting the site, and the MX records, which show the server that handles the emails for a specific domain address. These records are employed if you would like have your site with one company and the emails with another, for example. You can also use a domain for a non-website service or forward the traffic to it through special records. Some companies ask for an extra payment to provide access to edit certain DNS records besides the name servers.

Full DNS Management in Semi-dedicated Servers
The semi-dedicated servers are controlled through our in-house designed Hepsia hosting Control Panel and one of its features is an easy-to-use DNS records tool where you are able to see all existing records for every domain or subdomain you host within the account. With only a few clicks you will be able to modify any existing record or create a new one if you need it for any purpose. This will permit you to select the provider for each individual service - for instance, for a given domain name you could have the website here, the emails through a second provider plus a VOIP service that employs the same Internet domain as a host through a third one. Our system will enable you to change or create any sort of records that you need - NS, A, MX, CNAME, TXT, SRV, AAAA, etc., and we will never ask for any fee to be able to access and manage these records as other companies may do.
